This year however, we are so excited to have the largest inventory we have ever had, a new retail location, and we are dropping pre-sale items of your most requested items the site right before Black Friday, so you can shop those coveted dream shoes, but still hit the savings you want!
We love bringing shoes to the masses, and Black Friday is a great chance for us to thank our regular fans and clients, while also welcoming in new shoppers, those who have been eyeing something but needing a deal, and just the shoe obsessed in general. Below we have carved out a quick guide with frequently asked questions to guide you through the sale.

ARE ALL BLACK FRIDY PURCHASES FINAL SALE?
We follow the same guidelines we do all year, during what is our largest sale of the year. Any item over 30% off is final sale. If an item is 31% off, this item is considered clearance and is final sale. If you purchase a shoe on Black Friday and the fit is not correct, we will help you swap to get your size following regular return policies regarding shipping. However, if we don't have the same shoe, in the applicable size for a swap, then we consider your sale final sale, unable for return and credit.
WHY WAS I CHARGED SHIPPING ON MY ORDER?
All orders on our site under 50 dollars, are charged a flat 5 dollar shipping fee for ground shipping in the lower 48.

Please put a note on your order, noting which store you want to pick up at and when we process your order, we will contact you informing the location, and if we can accommodate you on the pick up request! We will try our best!

We offer pre-sales on our most coveted items as a service to clients who keep missing them, want them, or need them in their lives! When you shop on pre-sale, this guarantees you your size, and safe guards it from selling out again! When you purchase on pre-sale, you are locked into that price, if, before your item ships, your item hits a sale (such as Black Friday) we do not retro apply those discounts to your past purchase. Normally, we fulfill all web orders during business days, and guarantee we ship your orders out in 48 hours. We often get orders out on Saturday to help expedite your process. However, during Black Friday we are asking for an additional 72 hours to handle the sheer volume of orders which flood our system.
