Sale and clearance items are final sale and nonrefundable. This includes all items on our SALE page. Any item which is discounted 30% or greater we consider on clearance and is final sale. Any questions, email us, info@intentionallyblank.us
Your sale shoes don't fit?
Let us know and we'll exchange them for another size in the same style if it's available.
My shoes either don't fit, I don't love them, or I want to return them because I was drunk when I bought them. What should I do?
We offer 100% money back returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered on all items not considered final sale.
All items bought during sales can ONLY be exchanged for the same style purchased if the item is in stock or returned for store credit within 14 days but not refunded. Online credit cannot be exchanged for cash refund at any point.
For orders under $200, the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
What this means: If you have not worn the shoes out of doors, the shoes show no sign of distress or wear, and they are in their original packaging, you will get a 100% refund once the shoes are checked back into our system. When sending shoes back for a refund or exchange please do not attach return labels, postage or any tape directly onto the shoe box. Returns received with shoe boxes that have been taped or with any return postage attached will be rejected and returned to the customer without being refunded. When issuing refunds, we refund the full amount to your credit card, We refund the full amount to your credit card, and it normally takes 48 hours on our end. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. We process returns in the studio Monday-Friday
