When I received the skates I noticed that they were used and immediately called customer service unfortunately. It was the weekend so I had to wait until Monday for them to respond. Kimberly sent me an email and she apologized she immediately fixed the issue by sending me new skates. I am happy with my purchase. These skates are so cute and very comfortable. I noticed the bearings are a great quality. Thank you IB for an excellent customer experience. I would recommend these.

I was impressed that these skates are so cute and at the same time sturdy and easy to skate in. The boot is very supportive and I knew I wanted the aluminum trucks and baseplate for durability. The toe is slightly narrow - and I have pretty narrow feet. Size up if you have wide feet. I wear a womens 10 and I bought 41, I'm happy with the fit. They do require a fair bit of push to get speed, but I think this can be fixed by loosening the wheels. I'm a beginner skater and I was easily able to pick up little tricks like crossing my feet in these.
