I bought my daughter a pair of skates for her birthday, but unfortunately, they were too tight. That design was sold out in the next size higher, so I exchanged the original skates for these. She loves the style of the new skates as much as the original pair. 5 ⭐️ for the customer service. Intentionally _________ made the exchange process very easy. 5 ⭐️ for packaging. Both sets of skates were well packaged and came in perfect condition. 4.5 ⭐️ for the actual fit of the skate (per my daughter) only because they are really heavy for a new 10 year old. Shes been skating in the basement since they arrived.
